If you have leftover idlis from the previous day sitting in your refrigerator, then this is the aptest recipe. This Masala Idli recipe comes so handily when I am tired and not in a great mood to cook something elaborate.

This Masala Idli recipe is a very healthy snack that can be served for your breakfast or also as a high tea snack and since it is not deep-fried, it makes for a very healthy option. It is very light and easy to digest. Serve this with a hot cup of tea or coffee along with some Coriander chutney and some munchies along.
