The minute you enter Bayroute it feels as if you have stepped into some middle eastern country. The Arabic vibes are reflected at every step in the restaurant. Just loved the way they have used Fanous to light up the whole place. The beautiful Ramadan calligraphic script on the Fanous is so mesmerizing.
It exudes such warmth with bright yellow and orange hues that were so soothing to the eyes. Beautiful blinking lanterns also adds up to the beauty of this place.
Coming to the service, the whole experience was very pleasant. Hospitality was warm and everyone from the restaurant hostess to the servers was polite and courteous. They guided us with the food and drink selections and also gave us some knowledge of the dushes and cuisine.
Well, if you think I am all gaga about ambiance and service, then hang on, the best is yet to come. So let’s talk about drinks and food,
For drinks, we tried these 2 Mocktails
Reyhan, and lemon mint, both were super refreshing and so fresh.
Qahwan smoke tini and smoking old-fashioned were the 2 cocktails that were very potent and really unique in their own way.
The food here is a classic example of authenticity meeting flavors. The best dishes come on your table with authentic flavors from the Arab region.
All middle eastern dinner is incomplete without the mezze. So we started our dinner with Hummus Bayroute, Muhammara served with warm pita and farm-fresh salads and pickled vegetables. This is exactly the way it is served here and it has been by far the most delicious mezze I have eaten. The quality, quantity, and textures were excellent, highly recommend this here. Later on, we tried raclette potatoes. Lebanese nachos, that were so delicious and lip-smacking.
For mains, we had cheese and Zataar Manakeesh, which was superlative in all ways. Perfect baked middle eastern bread loaded with cheese on the half side and Zataar spice on the other side. Will recommend this one.
The winner dish was Ispanak Mantar Pide, Turkish bread perfectly baked with a delicious stuffing of spinach and mushroom. Relished this Dish a lot.
Well, our memorable meal ended with the most delicious, delectable, and incredible desserts,
Baklava and Lotus drama. What a way to end our dinner here!!
An overall super experience here and will love to go here again. Full marks for food, ambiance, and service.
