Aloo Paneer | Aloo Paneer Curry Recipe with step-by-step photos and detailed recipe. This Aloo Paneer recipe is a classic Indian Curry that tastes so delicious. This combination is a perfect match as both aloo and paneer are favorites ingredients of any Indians. They taste very good when cooked together in a spicy onion tomato gravy topped with fresh cream and garnished with coriander leaves.
How to cook this Curry?
Aloo means Potatoes and Paneer means cottage cheese. These 2 main ingredients are cooked together and simmered in onion tomato gravy and served hot with roti or naan. For Indian Curry Recipe, we first need to boil the potatoes, cool them, peel the skin, and dice them into medium chunks. Similarly cut medium size cubes of paneer as well. However, make sure the cubes are not very small, else they will be smashed while being cooked in the gravy. Now fry aloo chunks and paneer in oil separately and later add them into the gravy.
