175 ml double cream

2 tbsp. sifted cocoa
SIFTED ICING SUGAR FOR ROLLING
2 tbsp.chocolate sprinkles
2 tbsp. colorful sprinkles
2 tbsp. desiccated coconut

Method:

1. In a small saucepan, pour the cream in and bring it to the boil.

2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate.

3. Stir it continuously until it is all melted and you have a creamy smooth consistency.

4. Set aside to cool for 2-3 hours.

5. When cooled and set, cover your hands in icing sugar and roll teaspoon-sized balls. Roll in cocoa powder.

6. You can roll these in a few different coatings like desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, sprinkles etc.
