These 3 ingredients frozen mango yogurt or Mango Fro-Yo is super duper creamy, luscious, and sugar-free. It’s high in protein and kind of low-calorie pick-me-up stuff. It is an ideal option to satiate your sweet craving. A very good option for post-workout or evening snack or even dessert for a few!! It’s fun to whip and so comforting to gorge on while it’s lying in your freezer. Just remove the box of Fro-yo ..scoop a little and hog on..that simple!!

Mango Frozen Yogurt

Well, I am really hooked up to these cute kinds of stuff and I have filled my freezer with 3-4 fresh fruit yogurts. I will be sharing those easy-peasy recipes very soon. Do try this and it will be so handy to feed yourself or your guests with it. Guaranteed to be a huge hit!

Few important tips for making frozen yogurt:

Use any kind of fruit you want. The blending time will differ as per the fruits.

If you want more sweet you can add more honey as per your taste buds.

You can make as many combinations that you may like, strawberries, grapes, bananas, peanut butter-choice is endless. It surely makes a great dessert or even a snack.

Recipe of Mango Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen chunks of mangoes
1 tbsp Honey or Maple syrup

Method:

1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, and honey.
2. Process the mixture until it is creamy, for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Serve this frozen Mango fro-yo immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it until you want to serve.
4. This Mango fro-yo will last in the freezer for a month, So be sure to consume it before that time.
5. You can label the box and write the date so it is easy to remember.
