Common Mistakes to Avoid
Even experienced cooks can sometimes slip up. Here are some common mistakes to watch out for when making besan laddoo so that yours turns out perfect every time.
- Cooking on high flame – Most Indian sweets need patience. High heat causes burning and uneven cooking. Always keep the flame on low to medium.
